Incident: Scramblers made a consistent mistake in clock scrambling
In Clock finals, a competitor noticed while reconstructing their solves that every single pin was the opposite of what it should have been.
After investigation, it appeared that all scramblers had a misconception about pin scrambling, and made that mistake through the whole round.
The WRC decided to keep the results of the round, since:
1. it was not the competitors' fault, and
2. in this specific case, the random distribution of scrambles states was consistently preserved by the mistake.
The scrambles in the database were updated to reflect the actual scrambles received by the competitors.
