All competitors are expected to help out at this competition. In addition to your competing groups, all competitors will receive groups in which they are expected to either judge, scramble, or run. All assignments will be organized by group, meaning that when we call a particular group of an event up to compete, if you are scheduled to judge/scramble/run during that group, you will come up and start performing your assigned task. If you do not show up for your assignments, your times may be subject to disqualification.
The venue is the Frist Campus Center Multipurpose Room, which can be found on the bottom floor of the Frist Campus Center.
Rules for parking on campus can be found here.
Visitors may access and park in any numbered lots on Western Way/Ivy Lane. They are first come, first serve. The closest lots are lots 26, 14, 25, 4, 5, and they are all free parking.
